At Backcountry Sportsman, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the details below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.


Return Window

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • In the original packaging (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) 

  • The following items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)


Refund Process

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping or provide a prepaid return label.


Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return it under the process above and place a new order for the desired item.


Important Notes

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Backcountry Sportsman is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

  • For warranty issues, please contact the product manufacturer directly (if applicable).
